Professional Profile

Languages spoken: Russian, Hebrew, and Yiddish

Tarina Rosen has a BA from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a major in Russian language and literature and a minor in linguistics; an MA from the University of Toronto in Russian literature; and a MLIS from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She also completed course work for a minor in Hebrew language at Emory University.

She works in building collections, instruction and doing research consultations in the above subject areas.  Tarina also catalogues  the Russian, Hebrew and Yiddish language monographs. 

She is a member of the Association of Jewish Libraries.
