Appointments are restricted to only those current Emory faculty, staff, and students that have completed the registration process and received clearance to return to campus in compliance with the Return to Campus Guidelines.

On-site appointments are available at the following locations:
Woodruff Library Building
Location: 540 Asbury Circle, Atlanta, GA 30322
- Robert W. Woodruff Library
- Levels 1 and 2: study seats and rooms, course viewing rooms, production studios, iMacs, poster printing, printing and scanning stations, microforms, presentation and conference studio
- Level 3 graduate research seating, computers, printers
- Goizueta Business Library study tables
- ECDS
- Workstations; audio room
- Stuart A. Rose Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Books Library
- Single seat booking
Computing Center at Cox Hall
Cox Hall, 2nd Floor, 569 Asbury Circle, Atlanta, GA 30322
- No appointments are needed for general access or workstation use.
- On-site appointments are available for Classroom A, the Fishbowl, and Techlab.
- Techlab equipment/workspace can be booked on the spot if not already in use.
Woodruff Health Sciences Center Library

- Seats, workstations, and course viewing room
Oxford College Library
Location: 801 Emory St, Oxford, GA 30054
- Building access for study, printing, scanning, and more
Pitts Theology Library

- Current Emory faculty, students, and staff can book individual study space.
Hugh F. MacMillan Law Library

- Student access to MacMillan Law Library is available by appointment only.
Terms and Conditions
Users must comply with the following terms and conditions for on-site access:
- On-site appointments are restricted to Emory University faculty, staff and graduate students that have been cleared to return to on-site work during the Research and Recovery Phase.
- All users must comply fully with the policies, protocols and guidelines outlined within Emory University's Return to Campus Guidelines including but not limited to the following:
- Self-Monitoring: You must confirm that you do not have signs/symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving for your scheduled appointment.
- Temperature Checks: The university will conduct random temperature checks at various campus locations. It may be possible that these will take place during your scheduled appointment time.
- Face coverings must be worn at all times.
- Physical distancing: Please remain at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people.
- Do not gather in groups
- Observe all signage for directions, elevator use, and conference room capacity
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Please sanitize your hands upon entry and exit.
- Library access: Please restrict your movement within the library to only those spaces relevant to your scheduled appointment.
- Appointment duration: Please adhere to your scheduled arrival/departure time to allow for cleaning and sanitation between appointments.
