Canvas
Canvas, staff support, and workshops including Canvas Essentials for Remote Teaching are available. Visit Canvas Support for more information.
Course Materials
Course Reserves enable instructors to make course materials readily available to their students via Canvas. Instructors can upload scans, add weblinks, and place requests through both the Course Reserves online system and discoverE.
Not finding that resource? Reserves staff are happy to coordinate the pursuit of needed course material not owned by Emory Libraries.
Library Instruction
Our remote teaching guide provides library resources to use in a variety of instruction environments, including online courses. On this guide you will find ideas for adapting research assignments, suggestions for class activities, and ways to get help and support.
Contact a subject librarian to review options for a variety of instruction scenarios, including in-person, synchronous online sessions, or asynchronous content.
Copyright Considerations
In making the shift from in-person to online teaching, sometimes copyright questions pop-up. Please see our online copyright considerations page to learn more. Still have questions? Schedule a virtual copyright consultation or contact the Scholarly Communications Office for further assistance.
Library Production Studios
The Emory Libraries video and audio production spaces are open by appointment only. Availability of the spaces may be constrained due to lower staff density in the library, and all university social distancing, safety and cleanliness protocols will be observed.
