Virtual Reality

Emory Libraries have a number of resources dedicated to both the consumption and creation of augmented and virtual reality based content. All of these sources serve the Emory community, but focus on different aspects of content or persons' roles in content creation and consumption. Please review the options and inquire with the specific group that you perceive meets your needs and concerns.

TechLab is a makerspace and emerging technologies lab on campus for people to explore many aspects of technology and content creation. They offer a permanently installed HTC Vive VR setup dedicated to the consumption of 360 video and VR content, as well as loanable VR headsets for use in classrooms and residence halls.

Emory Center for Digital Scholarship is the home for The Digital Visualization Laboratory. The Digital Visualization Laboratory helps students and faculty members with interactive multidisciplinary-media design, educational gaming and various simulation and training activities.
