We are pleased to announce the 2026–27 Evalene Parsons Jackson Lecture Series—a new year and a new lineup of thought-provoking conversations featuring distinguished scholars and recognized authorities.

Presented by the Laney Graduate School in partnership with Emory Libraries, the series brings together perspectives from across the humanities, natural sciences and social sciences—creating opportunities for the Emory community to engage with timely ideas, challenge assumptions and spark meaningful dialogue around the questions shaping our world. 

Named in recognition of Evalene Parsons Jackson and her contributions to library service and education for librarianship at Emory , the series is open to the campus community and builds on existing academic and speaker programs across the university while creating new connections across disciplines and departments.
