Emory University and the High Museum of Art share a deep commitment to the study of art and the integration of the arts into higher education. Rooted in this shared mission, the Academic Affiliates partnership was established to foster meaningful opportunities for the Emory community to engage with the Southeast’s premier art museum through exhibitions, collections, and dynamic educational programs.

High Museum hosts Emory’s Art History students

In February 2025, students from Emory’s “Paper Architecture” class, led by Assistant Professor André Patrão, stepped beyond the classroom and into the inspiring spaces of the High Museum of Art.
