12th Night Revel

To benefit the Stuart A. Rose Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Book Library.

On Friday, February 10th, 2023, we are pleased to welcome US Poet Laureate Ada Limón to Emory Libraries' 23rd annual 12th Night Revel to benefit the Stuart A Rose Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Book Library.

Limón is the author of six poetry collections, including her most recent, “The Hurting Kind,” and “The Carrying,” which won the National Book Critics Circle Award for Poetry. Her book “Bright Dead Things” was a finalist for the National Book Award and the National Book Critics Circle Award and was nominated for the Kingsley Tufts Poetry Award. Her other collections include “Sharks in the River,” “Lucky Wreck,” and “This Big Fake World.”

We are excited to announce this year's Chief Revelers are: Kim DeGrove and Clyde Partin 78C 83M 86MR; Martha 82C 82G and David Pacini; Karen Stolley; and David Littlefield.

Patron sponsorships are available at the following levels:
Sonnet Patron (includes 8 tickets) at $5,000 (FMV $800);
Quatrain Patron (includes 4 tickets) at $2,500 (FMV $400);
Couplet Patron (includes 2 tickets) at $1,250 (FMV $200).

Individual tickets can be purchased at $150 per person (FMV $100). Young alumni (graduated in the last ten years) tickets can be purchased for $100, which would be considered a complete transaction for tax purposes. Please also consider extending this unique experience to an Emory student.
