Jennifer Elder, Librarian for Journalism, Psychology, and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, enthusiastically supports her departments’ resource and instruction needs.
She is an active member of the Woodruff Library’s Social Sciences, Humanities, Outreach and Education, and Reference teams. She is also the current Chair of the Association of College and Research Libraries’ (ACRL) Psychology Committee.
Her professional interests include scholarly communication, citation analysis, and digital pedagogy.
Jennifer has a BA in Psychology from Boston University, a MA in English and American Literature from New York University, and a MLIS from Florida State University. Jennifer has been an instruction librarian at Emory University, an extension services and occupational health librarian at Brenau University, an elementary school librarian, and an English teacher.
