Attend our Archives Bootcamp
In accordance with Emory University’s recommendation to cancel gatherings and move to online learning, we cancelled the Spring 2020 bootcamp. We are currently exploring options for archival training for Fall 2020; please check this web page for updates.
Archives Research Program's Bootcamp Details:
The Archives Research Program's bootcamp takes place annually and is open to any Emory University graduate student preparing for archival research. Sessions are taught by Stuart A. Rose Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Book Library archivists and Emory librarians. It covers these topics:
- Archives culture and etiquette
- Finding archives
- Understanding finding aids
- Creating research and data management plans
- Using productivity tools for archives
