We offer programs for graduate students interested in learning how to better navigate and understand archives and special collections.
Attend our Archives Bootcamp
The Archives Research Program's bootcamp takes place annually and is open to any Emory University graduate student preparing for archival research. Sessions are taught by Stuart A. Rose Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Book Library archivists and Emory librarians. It covers these topics:
- Archives culture and etiquette
- Finding archives
- Understanding finding aids
- Creating research and data management plans
- Using productivity tools for archives
