Using AI Research Assistants

Wednesday, March 5, 2025, 1 – 2:15pm EST
AI Research Assistants are a new class of language model that exclusively generate their responses from real and clearly cited scholarly sources. They make your research faster by answering research questions as you imagine them, reducing the need to guess at unfamiliar keywords. This workshop introduces several up-and-coming AI Research Assistants, demonstrates their use, and discusses best practices. Includes a preview of a custom model trained on Emory's own databases! Appropriate for all majors. Refreshments provided.
