The Joseph W. Jones Room in the Woodruff Library Building is an event space available to departments and offices affiliated with Emory University or sanctioned Emory student organizations. The primary function of the Joseph W. Jones Room is to host meetings and special events given by departments and offices affiliated with Emory University or sanctioned Emory student organizations. The room is not available for public use.

The Woodruff Seminar Room

Rose Library spaces - both virtual and physical - provide a gateway for the campus community and beyond to gain exposure to, and access to the staff, spaces, programs, exhibitions, and collections that comprise the Stuart A. Rose Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Book Library. The Rose Library exhibition spaces, seminar rooms, balcony, reading room, and consultation rooms offer stunning views of the Atlanta skyline, interpreted exhibitions featuring materials from the collections, along with dedicated rooms for original research and instruction. The Rose Library staff looks forward to welcoming visitors and promoting engagement with distinctive and unique collections.
